First contact
We reach out to your client promptly, always mentioning that you’re the one who connected us — never as a surprise, and never without the context you’ve already given us. If your client isn’t ready to talk yet, that’s fine. We follow their pace, not a sales calendar.
How much you stay in the loop
Some professionals want a heads-up at every stage. Others prefer to hand off and let us take it from there. We ask, and we follow your preference, with one standing rule: nothing about your client’s situation goes further than the people who need to know it.
Working alongside your team
If your client also has an attorney, a senior move manager, or another professional supporting them, we coordinate directly with your team rather than asking your client to relay messages back and forth.
At closing, and after
When the sale is complete, we let you know, with your client’s permission, so you have closure on a case you cared about.
